Cynthia Nixon to be Honored by Gay Rights

Sex and the City episodes have left the screens years before, but still crazy fans of this show, surf in the world of internet to download Sex and the City episodes. Isn’t it an achievement for the show?
Indeed it is. And the credit for all this goes to the main four females of this show who were the center point and the base of Sex and City TV show. Without their presence, it was impossible to even imagine about the show. All of these babes in their real lives are also as bold and appealing as were on the show.
Out of these four ladies, Cynthia Nixon is sizzling news these days. As we all know that she constantly remains in spotlights due to her commotions, this time she has got the opportunity to attract her fans as well.
A few of you must know that 43 year old Nixon came out as lesbian in 2003 after the break-up with her long time partner Danny Mozes. Now it is rumored that she will be honored by the gay rights group at 21st annual GLAAD Media Awards in March. She will be handed over Vito Russo Award for gay rights at New York Ceremony.
Actually the Vito Russo Awards are given to those persons who work in the favor to promote equal rights for our society. And the Gay & Lesbian Alliance against Defamation (GLAAD) organization decided to present this award to Cynthia Nixon.
Jarrett Barrios the President of GLAAD organization spoke about Nixson, “She is a perfect example of how sharing your personal story and speaking out for marriage equality can inspire change among fair-minded Americans. It is our privilege to honor her.”
